Cooking with Paul: Pasta Primavera

Learn to make fresh, healthy pasta primavera and a vibrant fruit salad in this hands-on class taught in American Sign Language (ASL) by a Deaf instructor, with English interpretation provided. You’ll practice essential techniques for cutting and preparing a variety of fruits and vegetables while creating a delicious, nutritious meal. All are welcome!

About Paul:
Paul Palermo was the first Deaf chef at the Walt Disney Culinary Academy. Spanning 40 years since, he has worked in lead roles in kitchens at the Ritz-Carlton, the Marriott-Renaissance, the old Busch Stadium, country clubs, and many others.
